In case you haven't been informed yet.... I, K80 Hodges, have been recommended for a Fulbright Grant to Taiwan. Which basically means that they have narrowed it down to about 16-22 Americans and maybe 12 will actually be awarded the grant. They still have to check with some other things including the Foreign Scholarship Board, Taiwan, medical stuff, securtity, and available funds. So, I really won't find out anythin until the principal candidates are notified- about May 14th. Until then... I guess that I just have to get my jumping gear all ready. Start looking down at the ground to get a general idea of some places that I could land. The door on the plane is about to open soon.
